AVATAQ FINANCIAL STUDENT ASSISTANCE

This Indigenous and Northern Affaires Canada (INAC) student support program is managed by the Avataq Cultural Institute.

"The objective of the Student Assistance Program is to assist First Nations to gain access to elementary secondary and post secondary education and to graduate with the qualifications and skills needed to pursue individual careers and to contribute to the achievement of First Nations self-government and economic self-reliance. The student assistance Program provides financial assistance to eligible First Nation towards the costs of their post secondary education."
